ISO 9001:2008 Certified

For the purpose of the continuous quality improvement of its products, in 2001 the Austrian Mint was ISO Quality Certified. Since then the production of coins, medals, precious metal blanks and tools has been carried out according to these standard requirements.

The continuous adherence to these requirements is assured by internal audits, annual examinations by the European Central Bank and supervision audits by our certifier Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance.
